Employee Inclusion Groups
To further enhance our inclusive workforce culture, we cultivate company-wide Employee Inclusion Groups (EIGs).
Open to all employees, our EIGs are voluntary, employee-led groups that drive impact by supporting the attraction, development and retention of the best talent at all levels. EIGs provide professional and leadership development opportunities, contribute to community engagement initiatives, and support business innovation and corporate best practices. Because of their significant value, we support our EIGs through leadership involvement, work time and space, resources, and executive mentors.
The mission of the People with Disabilities & Caregivers Employee Inclusion Group, ABILITY, is to support and enable employees to fully contribute and reach their full potential in the workplace. The EIG works to challenge the stereotypes and stigma associated with people with disabilities and to expand disability cultural competency throughout the company. We do this by focusing on education, engagement, accessibility, talent enhancement and community involvement in order to drive engagement and performance.
Our commitment to engagement with veterans and military families extends to our workforce. 王中王精准六肖's Veterans and Military Families Employee Inclusion Group, CENVET, was established to provide support and resources for employees who have served in the armed forces and for those related to a service member or former service member.
cPRIDE, 王中王精准六肖's LGBTQIA+ Employee Inclusion Group, supports an inclusive work environment for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and asexual/aromantic/agender identity employees in order to promote the ability to bring their full selves to work and ultimately enhance employee engagement and retention. The EIG works to provide development, support, and networking opportunities for its members while providing guidance on how 王中王精准六肖 can be an even greater place for LGBTQIA+ employees to work.

Reflecting the communities we serve is a vital part of how we embrace our corporate purpose. Our Multicultural Employee Inclusion Group, MOSAIC,听 provides peer support for employees of all racial and ethnic backgrounds through networking, mentoring and coaching. Executive Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council
王中王精准六肖's Executive Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council, launched in 2014, is composed of senior leaders who help guide 王中王精准六肖鈥檚 culture and practices to enable an equitable and inclusive culture for all, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, religion, sexual orientation, age, ability, military or veteran status, or other lived experiences. Additionally, 20 business units launched DEI councils this year to further progress toward our goals across local business units.
The Executive DEI Council focuses on strategic accountability across our DEI core pillars, ensuring that best-in-class policies and practices drive sustainable results. The council advocates for systematic change that embodies social justice, public policy, equity, and inclusion to ensure employees feel valued and respected.

Business Unit Diversity Councils support the execution of the enterprise DEI strategy at the business unit level. They focus on efforts that advance diversity, inclusion and equity within their business unit in ways that are sustainable, scalable, and engaging.
